1. WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: These Sweepstakes consists of separate weekly sweepstakes (each, a “Weekly Sweepstakes”, collectively, “these Sweepstakes”), with the first Weekly Sweepstakes starting on May 4, 2021 and the last Weekly Sweepstakes starting on June 18, 2021. Each Weekly Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the Friday of each week and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the following Thursday (except for the first Weekly Sweepstakes, which will start on 12:00:01 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 (each a “Weekly Sweepstakes Period”). All entries for a Weekly Sweepstakes must be received by the end of the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period for that Weekly Sweepstakes.

2.ELIGIBILITY.  These Sweepstakes are only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in the State of resident, whichever is older, as of the date of the Weekly Sweepstakes Period, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”) and their parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals (“Eligible Contestant”). These Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

3.HOW TO ENTER. During the Weekly Sweepstakes Period, visit connect.singer.com/disneycruella and complete your online entry form by providing all required information (your full name, address, daytime telephone number, and a valid e-mail address) and submit your entry according to the directions on the screen. By completing and submitting the form as described, you will receive (1) entry into the Weekly Sweepstakes that corresponds to the Weekly Sweepstakes Period in which your entry was received (see Paragraph 1 above). Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household during the Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts by an Entrant to submit more than one (1) entry into these Sweepstakes during the Weekly Sweepstakes Period will result in such Entrant being disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail in question. Online entries must be made by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, or other automated means will be subject to disqualification. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4.SELECTION OF WINNERS. Each eligible entry received during a Weekly Sweepstakes Period will be entered into a random drawing for the Prize available for that Weekly Sweepstakes (see Paragraphs 1 and 5). The random drawings for each Weekly Sweepstakes will be conducted on a weekly basis by Sponsor or its representative on the Friday following the end of the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Drawing Date”). For example, the Drawing Date for the Weekly Sweepstakes Period that ends on Thursday May 13, 2021 will be held on Friday May 14, 2021. On each of the Drawing Dates, one (1) entrant from the Weekly Sweepstakes will be selected at random by Sponsor or a representative from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Attempts may be made to contact selected entrants by phone and/or e-mail on the Drawing Date. All selected entrants may be required to respond (as directed) to the phone and/or e-mail notification within five (5) business days of the first attempt made to contact him/her. Before being confirmed as a Prize winner (“Winner”), selected entrant may be required to (a) execute and return a liability / publicity release (“Release”) within the time specified therein confirming compliance with the Official Rules, accepting the Prize as awarded, releasing the Sponsor and Disney from any liability in connection with these Sweepstakes and, except where prohibited by law, allowing Sponsor to use his/her name, city and state of residence, portrait, image, picture, voice, likeness and comments as set out in Paragraph 8. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be reached within the time prescribed; (ii) fails to complete and return Release (if required) within the time specified; (iii) cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason (including if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as nondeliverable); or (iv) is otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, he/she will not receive any Prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected in accordance with the Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries received from that Weekly Sweepstakes during the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period until such time as a Winner is confirmed for that Prize. Winning a prior Weekly Sweepstakes does not affect the eligibility of an entrant for any future Weekly Sweepstakes (if any). The odds of winning a Prize for a given Weekly Sweepstakes depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that Weekly Sweepstakes during the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

5.PRIZE DESCRIPTION. For each Weekly Sweepstakes, one (1) Winner will be awarded a prize with an approximate prize value of $299 USD. The prize is a Singer® Heavy Duty sewing machine (the “Prize”). Total value of all Prizes being awarded: $2,392 USD. Limit one (1) Prize per person, per email address and per household during these Sweepstakes.

6.TAXES.  All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are a Winner’s sole responsibility. 

7.NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No Prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash.  Any portion of the Prize that is not used is forfeited.  No substitutions for the Prize will be available.

8.CONSENT AND RELEASE.  Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by participating in these Sweepstakes, Entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use his/her name, city and state of residence, portrait, image, picture, voice, likeness and comments in connection with the promotion of this and other Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for Sponsor’s use thereof, unless prohibited by law. A Winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize and return a Release, which must be returned, properly executed, within seven (7) calendar days of issuance of Prize notification. If these documents are not returned properly executed, or are returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, or if any given Winner does not otherwise comply with the Officials Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. 

9.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in these Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Disney, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, “Releases”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in these Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of a Prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages.

10.DISQUALIFICATION:  If an Entrant or potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if an Entrant or potential Winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then such Entrant or potential Winner may be disqualified. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the corresponding potential Winner may be subject to disqualification. In the event an Entrant or potential Winner is deemed ineligible or disqualified for any reason under the provisions of these Official Rules, then an alternate Winner will be selected.  

11.GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS:  No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize, or Prize element, of equal or greater monetary value (whether in cash or otherwise) if a Prize, or Prize element, cannot be awarded as described for any reason. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is forfeited or refused, this may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected, if time permits.  All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities, including but not limited to sales and use taxes, goods and services taxes, excise taxes, income and U.S. withholding taxes, fees and like amounts in connection with a Prize winning Entrant's award, acceptance or use of a Prize arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of winning Entrant.

12.DISCLAIMERS.  (i) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify these Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort.  (ii) Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of these Sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel these Sweepstakes based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.  (iii) SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.

13.APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION.  These Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.  Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.  All disputes arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in the State of Tennessee; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all Entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.  Except as to the intellectual property of Disney, should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Tennessee and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Tennessee.  All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in these Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

14.PRIVACY.Entry in these Sweepstakes constitutes consent to transfer personal information collected from the Entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering these Sweepstakes and for such other purposes to which Entrant may consent as outlined herein.  More specifically, Sponsor may collect information that you provide to enter these Sweepstakes and will use personal information you provide to enter these Sweepstakes to actually conduct these Sweepstakes. All information submitted to the Sponsor as part of these Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://www.singer.com/privacy-security.
